Agreement

By using indiarare.in and related services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms may be updated occasionally; the date of the last revision is shown above.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Please tell us immediately at hello@indiarare.in if you suspect unauthorised access

Products, pricing & availability

• We make every effort to describe items accurately, but minor variations in colour, finish, or weight are normal for handcrafted items
• Prices and availability can change without notice. The price at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a listing was mispriced due to error, if the item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud — and to refund any payment in full

Payments

All payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways. We don't store your card details. By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Both are part of these terms by reference.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content without our written permission
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users
• Submit false or misleading reviews, ratings, or testimonials
• Resell items purchased here in a way that misrepresents their origin

Intellectual property

Site text, graphics, photos, the India Rare name and logo, and the curated arrangement of content are the property of India Rare or licensed to it. The works listed for sale (books, statues, art) remain the property of their respective creators and rights holders — see our Disclaimer.

Reviews & user content

When you post a review or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in related marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, India Rare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or items purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
